Well, it first showed up as just an ad on a regular video (for me at least) and I personally got so much tingles from it, and was very sad when the ad ended that I straight up dropped the video that I was going to watch to try and find the ad but, it didn't exactly 'exist' as a video yet on KZfaq and only an ad, I even went to they're KZfaq page and it wasn't uploaded yet. So I hope this explains it,
