This is a tutorial on how to use your HD500 as an In Ear Monitor.

I never thought of using the FX Loop as a return for the monitor mix. I set mine up a bit differently, using the FX Loop to send my guitar signal, and the Mic or Aux in to receive a monitor mix (here's my video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mJyAqLd3vq6rdac.html ) and recently figured out a way to simplify it even further (here's a diagram: drive.google.com/file/d/1AbxGT5_2zRM6Rl4GyToxiaKcgTLHKCTE )

Hi!! I've been watching your video and, while It's pretty clear, my listening skills of english language are not good enough. When you are talking about a splitter connector for duplicate the right side in order to hear the signal in both sides with headphones, what kind of specific hardware or device are you talking about, and how this would connect to the POD HD500? Thanks in advance!!

In order to do the trick, correct me if I'm wrong, please, I need one jack cable from the PA desk with the mix: I'd have to connect it directly into the "FX RETURN L/Mono" of the POD HD500 (having as a result, the signal , but only in the right channel after having panned the B path, which contains the FX Loop block, 100% to the right). Then I'd have to use the Y-Splitter connecting a jack cable from the "R/Mono 1/4'' Out" , and my headphones jack both to the Splitter, and the the male jack to the "Phones" output of the POD? Sorry, I'm not sure if I'm correct. Have you tested this method successfully?
