Күн бұрынThe automatic stator winding machine is suitable for open linear/segmented stator winding, adopts needle winding with three needles.It is used for BLDC motor stator manufacturing.The stator winding machine winds 1pc stator one time, manually loading/unloading, automatic clamping fixture.
During winding, it can achieve multitapping(set on the HMI), wire damping, wire cutting.The slot No. and turn No. can be set on HMI.

why this precise machine dont put the wires in order. i mean like 3D print layers, instead of throw them with no order. That dont improve the motor?

If each piece is 9 coils why don't you have the machine wind 9 at a time instead of 3?

each piece is 3 sets of 3 interconnected coils. If you watch the video carefully, you can see that each set of coils is wound without the wire being cut - so every third coil is electrically common.
