In addition to the second question: Don’t keep track of who gave 10%, 50% or 100%. Give what you have to support your relationship or marriage. If you give and expect something in return, then that’s not love but business. 50/50 isn’t the best formula. Give whatever you have without the label. Just my opinion

Mann the best thing you can do is communicate. When my friends come to me with relationship problems ; they talk to me about it. They Tell me everything. They Tell me how they feel and how they interpret what the other is doing or saying. And the question I always have is; we'll have you told him/her all of this? Have you expressed everything you've expressed to me to them? The answer is almost always no. And the next message I always get is a thank you and a positive update on how things are going! I know you may be numb to the saying. But it's a saying for a reason. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY!

Marriage is an arrangement by God. When you include Him in your relationship, things can be resolved peacefully. To keep it strong God must be the 3rd cord. Two separate cords easily become unraveled. However, 3 cords form a bond that cannot be easily torn apart. Thanks guys for being a good example of love, kindness, and patience, for couples to imitate. 🙏😊🦋

I just had a moment to watch this video. I absolutely LOVE your content. The younger viewers or anyone struggling, can gain a plethora of knowledge from you two. The advice you give is golden. I've been with my husband for over 15 years now. I laughed out loud when you talked about Lamb being loud. When my hubby speaks, especially if he's excited, can be loud and animated. When we first started out, I always thought he was upset. I realized as our relationship matured, and socializing with his/our friends, that it's just part of his culture. I also had to get used to fixing him big food for lunch (his words). I'm used to eating salads, a can of soup, or a sandwich with a side of fruit. My husband always tells me that he wants real food 🙄. I grew up in Louisiana eating rice with just about everything but I don't like to eat heavy at lunch. Hubby just gives me a look. I just look back at him and say, "I can't, with you 😂." You all gave such thoughtful and sincere answers to these questions. Those were very thoughtful questions from the viewers. My husband and I have experienced each of those topics. We built a solid, loving, and respectful relationship as we learned how to compromise and balance each other out. I know I have said it before that my husband is also a musician. I didn't want him to work just any job when he was able to work. I wanted him to be happy. I happily held us down. Like you Lamb, he kept our home in order. I've been trying to convince him to think about retiring from the 9 to 5. I want him to focus on his music and complete his EP. I adore my husband. He has been my soft place to land through a lot. It's his turn now. I truly want him to do what brings him joy. As you both always say, relationships are give and take. It may never be 50/50 and that's okay. Thank you for always sharing your wisdom with us.

I think the best way to work around cultural differences is; learning those cultural differences, knowing the meeting point so that during misunderstandings, you have that thing that brings you back together and not draw y'all apart. Because I can promise you, there is something intentionally or unintentionally done that will trigger the other person. Just get that uniting thing and have a communication strategy ready...

NOT all Nigerians are loud. Certain demographics are not loud. Also, there is life insurance and various other insurance in Nigeria and have been for decades. A lot of the food Lamb ate for the first time in America have actually existed in Nigeria for decades. I'm very surprised many times at many of his firsts, both food and non-food. With all due respect, people need to realise that in every country different societal demographics exist and have different experiences and lifestyles. No matter the country or race, no one person, or family, or small group, can be taken as representative of an entire people in every trait. Just like Ling's response when Lamb said "I'm gonna keep it 100." is American. Ling said it's not American; it's some people.

Marriage is 100/100 we shouldn’t say 50/50 as we give our all. 50 means we’re only giving 50% of us. I do admire your union.
