It’s crazy to me how he can’t see the problem with the emperor of an entire nation being passed out drunk in the middle of the day on multiple days. Even worse that he can’t seem to see that it’s one particular concubine who encourages him to do so while his empress endangers herself to warn him. He even says it out loud. Talk about insanity.

Honestly, all the actors and actresses portrayed their parts so well in this drama. Especially Ruyi. She is absolutely perfect for this role, it seems it was tailored for her ❤❤

A Royal Brat and his Nanny with benefits. Ruyi does not take any of his crap. She has never wanted anything bad for him. How can he not see that all she has ever done is try to keep him from trouble. As an Emperor he should be able to tell the difference between those who give him whatever he wants and tell him whatever he wants to hear versus those who answer him wisely and honestly. He is a grown man not a child.
