This song reminds me of my childhood to adolescence, where there was a moment of peace, my parents were alive, my family was together and I just had to worry about going to school. On vacation I played outdoors with my friends, we had family gatherings, and I spent the entire vacation playing video games. Ahh the 90s, how good life is and at the same time it goes by so fast, I miss it.

I saw these guys several times when I lived in Park City, UT and it's no joke, the crowd gives a forced, gently clap afterwards. I think they are spoiled though because they play at The Pie so much. Mike has since moved to Denver, and I've turned a couple friends onto him and they love him. Him and Jeff are super nice guys and super talented. Highly recommend catching a show if you can.

2022, doesn’t change. For an emotionally charged song I can usually listen 4 or 5 times and then not react. ( eg Angel from Montgomery or Something). But not this one. Still gets me.

Normally I would never say a cover is better than the original, but this is and exception. Mike, your falsetto is perfect! Brenda, the vocals are hauntingly beautiful. Dolores would be proud.

Thanks. I completely agree about Brenda's voice. It's every bit as cool and unique as Dolores', in it's own way. I got the pleasure of being a backup musician for one of Brenda's bands in college called Gathering Osiris, doing all their originals. We even won a local Battle of the Bands, and got a free trip to NXNW out of it. It was a super cool experience, getting to hear her sing so much.
