I wore braces for around 1.5 yr but even then my teeth aren't aligned properly and moreover I got gaps in-between my teeth now. Can I sue my dentist for that?

My lower 2 incisors each one beside each canine are not in a symmetry. And upper 1 incisor near canine slightly overlapped. Rest all teeth are perfectly fine and aligned. I'm 20 years old. How much time would it take to align these 3 teeth perfectly. Please answer Doctor.

My only one central incisor teeth is slightly turned it doesn't look symmetrical, rest of the teeth are perfectly Allinged .How much time it will require for lingual braces?
