The combination of PUFF PASTRY, which becomes flaky and crunchy thanks to the treatment that takes place before baking, and the creamy LEMON CREAM make this sweet fresh and summery, suitable at any time of the day!

🌡️ We bake for 20-25 minutes at 180° Ventilated - 185° Static (I prefer the ventilated function)
📝 Ingredients: for 6 large pieces
2 rolls Rectangular puff pastry
Egg whites
Sugar

500ml Milk
2 eggs
40 g Corn starch
90 g Sugar
2 grated lemons
Juice of 1/2 lemon
