Regarding drones blaise attitude to death of other drones, it might be that it is actually relewant plot point. In the sense that drones might intentionally have been designed with personality like that to make them easy to cope with dangerous environment during mining operations. Make them fear and actively avoid direct danger, but once it stops, go back to work and do not dewll on dead drones and feel no anxiety when working nearby potentially dangerous objects. Might have been cheaper that way than fully securing workplace. And they do not need to be very good at problem solving and individuall intiative, as there will be humans nearby to take care of that. So they were able to build defences and organize themselves with advise from Nori, Uzi mother, and maybe other drones like her, but that organization and possible actions agains dissasembly drones fall apart once they are inside and started interacting with worker drones in ways that are not always directly violent.

Uzi has had her mother's collar since the beginning of episode 1, They are just showing it in more detail this episode.

I think the idea behind the side characters being so incompitent and so easy to trust the literal Death Machines, is that theyre like side characters in a Slasher movie, they only exist for goofy one liners and brutal death scenes, i think thats all very intentional this episode is literally just Friday the 13th but with robots and some the thing esque body horror. Episode 5 clears up a lot of lore stuff though you might have to pause on some screens to get all the information thats conveyed there.

I'd like to point out the murder drones technically only killed 1 drone this episode. The guy V shot at the start. The guy in the arrow scene was shot by the guy next to him (the same guy who later shot at Uzi a few seconds latter); and then Uzi was responsible from the other 5 casualties. Regarding the organic matter, it wasn't coming from nothing. It was coming from wood (the arrow and then latter the inside of the cabin). The sun light hurting Uzi is because the whole murder drone problem of wanting oil is the overheating problem N mention back in episode one.. They want oil so the don't over heat. If you watch closely the powers and/or stress seem to be causing Uzi to over heat. Which, If she know needs oil to stay cool like the murder drones, she also is now at risk of overheating in sunlight. Going to have to disagree most of with your takes at the end. I almost feel like you somehow missed a bunch of stuff I saw or just don't remember the last episodes well after the wait between episode. Though I also get the impression we might also just want very different things from a show. Personal tastes, different senses of humor, and all that. Regardless, fun video. Thanks for the reaction.

Idk how the organic matter stuff works but remember the eldritch version of J from ep2 was also made of meat and bones, so the creation of organic material might just be one of the functions of Absolute Solver (the programm that regenerates the Murderdrones and gives Uzi and Doll those powers), i think she transformed because she disnt drink enough oil to cool down so her system transformed her to get more oil so she dosnt overheat, there might alsi be some extend of mind controll or influence at play here but to go into that theory would spoil some parts of ep5. What Uzi becomes is not a Zombie Drone btw. Her Collar isbt whats actually turning her, its the "Absolute Solver" programm inside her, hers and Dolls collars are just indicative of drones who have these programms, the collars belonged to their mothers who appearently also had these powers, they have the same code on them as the ones their mothers had, Doll and Yeva have 048, Uzi and Nori have 002. The Roach also recognizes Uzi as 002 and shows us a chat history that was prosumably written by her mom Nori.

Funnily enough, half of the issues you talked about will likely get resolved in episode 5 with it being a more lore focussed episode with a few references to The Shining I think they're gonna nail the horror aspect this time

I feel like the themes going from 0 to 100 immediately is kind of part of the joke, maybe intentional, maybe not, but the big deal of cannibalism and transformation and the zombie drones, to the light fun of brutal murder and anarchy, and the contrast between how they are handled versus how far apart they actually are, is kind of humorous to me, when I think about it.

The zombie vs vampire thing gets cleared up right at the beginning of the next episode. Uzi isn’t a zombie drone; she was never decommissioned at any point. She’s closer to a half-vampire or ghoul.

Well until now every episode has it´s own horror trop, 1 robots, 2 big worm (monster), 3 Ball/Prom, 4 camp like friday the 13th. and i get it feels like 1 and 2 are connected like 3 and 4 also, so i assume there is a time jump at least between 2 and 3.

The burning in sunlight thing is a consequence of the absolute solver program I think. It's the emergency rebuild program exists in all of the murder drones and possibly the workers although deactivated. A program that could manipulate matter like that would require an insane amount of power so it makes sense the murder drones would require all the cooling they could get. Uzi gets a high temperature warning when the program becomes more active. This is why they only go out in the colder nights and require so much more oil than the worker drones would ever need. This is convenient for the humans who won't send an oil supply with the murder drones as it forces them to kill and if they grow a conscience and rebel they'll overheat and die. A self-correcting problem.

The thing I love about murder drones is that they drop some 4th wall break joke right before or after some important details in order to distract viewer from understanding and making the show even more intriguing. Like “hot topic” “your mom was a catch” “look at cool S I can draw” after important detail like nori name tag, collar number, and before Uzi Absolutesolver taken over.

I think its going to be a thing where they do 2 separate arcs at once, alternating which one they build on, like the second episode started a backstory arc, and I'm assuming the episode that comes out tomorrow is going to be in that arc, and the 3rd and this episode is going to be specifically about uzi going absolutely batshit insane

As far as i understood the stakes, these people have no empathy. Other people dying isnt a concern, but its scary when youre the one threatened. Also the murder drones were never the main enemy, they just found out about them and decided to stop going outside. Uzi was the one who wanted to fight.

Well, the next episode seems to be like a flashback episode, so maybe it'll be the episode with a lot of the answers and character growth we all want, lmao.

33:04 Yeah, the things in the episodes are to... like, always seems that is missing something, especially in this episode and in the next one, like, this thing off the murder drones, murder the robots and they are afraid, it done fast, the thing that dad is not there for the daugther and leave her to die, and suddently they are okay, the russian girl wants revange from one off the murder drones that we don't know that good, but we just meet her and boom, she goes, she back and like... you know, the things happen to fast, with missing points! But come one, is an awsome history, the big problem is that it should be a longer serie, with at least 13 episodes in the first season, and with the comedy put in better moments... i just sad about it, cus i love the show and the characters, but there is a lot off things that are missings and like... just friking sad 😪
