What people don’t realize is the past several years guys have come from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to link, but they were winners first. Jordan wash won a state championship jakobe Walter lost in the state championship game, and Tre Johnson and Jalen Shelly both won a state championship before arriving

“Hands off your knees” 3:30 hasn’t the there’s no air down there theory been disproven that’s actually surprising coming from an Academy that has the best of the best trainers

It’s because the action of having ur hands on your knees is a tell tale sign that your tired and wouldn’t want your opponent to know that so it’s a habit he trying to break when it’s told to players
