This comment rings true 10 years later. Looking back, it's a wonder people didn't see the warning signs with chester but hindsight is always 20/20. When he expresses his inner demons through music it's easy to enjoy and to appreciate, but we often overlook the pain that allows for such wonderful creation. And of course, it's not just pain. It's happiness, glory, shame, sadness, excitement, disappointment, approval, disapproval, and everything in between. RIP chester. I hope you found your peace

Stage presence of Linkin Park was insane especially when it’s paired with how perfectly on time they all were with each other. Chester always put his all out and after the loud and long scream in the middle him jumping around at 2:20 shows how passionate he was and how deep this was to him. Really wish I could’ve been there

I had the pleasure of seeing them twice Once in st Pete in Florida, and another one in Tampa I think but I can't tell you how grateful I am to have been able to see them 2 times. I still have my ticket stub for the first show, and I will hold onto it as a prized possession until the day I die

Lara Croft Same man! I've been playing Bass for almost five and a half years now! I got into the 90s and 00' Alternative Metal bands like Sevendust, Godsmack, Disturbed etc., etc., etc. thanks to Godsmack getting to know more tuning variations and starting to like Nu-Metal and Rap Metal as well like Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit. I have a friend who kind of suggested me to listen to bands that are more of Alternative Rock which doesn't find my needs. For example if you know bands since 2010 like Dead By April, Evans Blue and other shit like that which I don't really know, I hate that. I listen to Godsmack, Disturbed, Sevendust, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Staind, (at least I admire what he suggested me) Breaking Benjamin and I like to go back to some good old Heavy Metal like Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden and last the band that made me what I am today, Type O Negative, Gothic Metal band. Those are the bands I listen to now and knowing how all this shitty music is trending, I just hope there are more Hard Rock/Heavy Metal heads out there who goes and buys Rock/Metal band's music and goes to their shows more then the trending fucks who like to listen to what we have nowadays...

Yves Heinrich Continue playing Bass man it is the best thing if not, that will happen in your Life! i really wish to find a guy like you because you are probably living in the usa and me i'm in canada : ( i really want to find someone to play bands like you mention because the 90's and '00s is all what i listen xD i don't know really much anything of the newer stuff.. i just got stuck in the past but i'm just really happy with that you know :D there is a new album that came out from a band called Coal Chamber. i'm really also into the underground bands xD but oh man, i thought their new album would suck, but oh my god it sounds pretty much the same like when they started in the 90's but with a more polished sound! you should listen to light in the shadows! coal chamber is really basic to play but really Heavy Bass and this why i like it xD and hmmmm... i listen mostly industrial/Rock rock bands that's what i'm really into like Spineshank Nine inch nails 16Volt one of my favorite bands, you should listen first the album supercoolnothing, right in the first song, and you're up for a wild ride my friend.. kidneythieves, Angelspit, Ultraspank, 40 below Summer etc.. i can give you other suggestion! if you have a cellphone cumber i can continue text you there and we can be like... long distance friendship xD But yeah hope to talk to you soon this fucking comment is getting long lol
@yvesheinrich50138 жыл бұрын
Lara Croft Now about a band. I have two friends from school (we're 12th grade) and asked them if they want to form a band. As they've accepted, one of them is going to be the drummer and the other once played when he was young on a guitar but I think I'll kick him back to it and teach him a bit (Even though I don't know chords but fuck it). As we've searched for some awesome names to name the band that will fit our genre, our band is officially called Voidness - I think you should just find its definition then me explaining to you LOL. That being said, I've immediately started to name two albums with thirty songs combined! First album is to be called A Reflected Reality/Feelings & Suffocation and the second one is Regeneration. The two albums especially the second one will be about personal issues in life, sadness/sorrow and probably about reality itself. I decided that in our first album we'll make three covers of Godsmack's song Awake which got me into a whole new level of music thanks to that song and Godsmack themselves! Lean On Me by Limp Bizkit which is a very nice and smooth song by them and it's one of their Post-Grunge songs and Runaway by Linkin Park which influenced me a lot! Probably reflected my current situation. Going back to the beginning of the comment I'm looking for someone who knows how to play Guitar and will be needed to be the Lead Guitar and to be Additional Keyboards in some songs. But the thing is that I don't want someone from Israel. Whether it's a Canadian or an American I don't want it to be an Israeli. Yeah whining about Israel is due to the fact I hate it! I hate the country, laws, the public, hard life, a lot of taxes and others. I was raised to let's say not like it so much because my parents don't like it either but now we're going to personal things and I hate talking about Israel now. Going back to my band/project, I need the last member of the band to the Lead Guitar and Additional Keyboards for some songs. The lineup for the band will be me as Bass and Lead Vocals while the Rhythm Guitarist is Rhythm and in some songs will be Co-lead Vocalist with me and the Drummer will either be a Back-up Vocals of his choice. One last thing, I started to work on our first song which is called Counter Strike and I just finished the Intro and the Verses and I already have the melody for the Pre-chorus which is still planned and the Outro.
