Fuck I miss Chester. There's been such a deep hole in my life since the music died with him. He was with me in my playlists from the 4th grade until my late 20s. It's like a dear friend is gone. I'd love to hear his voice sing just one new song again. There are very few vocalists that can come close to what he did. His vocal quality was just so unique. It hurts to know how alone he felt. I know I can't be alone saying that I wish I had just one opportunity to have been there for him, just to show him that we did care and he was not alone.

There is some sort of sympathy going on between all these strings and my heartstrings right now. The emotional impact is just immediate. Absolutely gorgeous.

You make these things that feel like they were waiting, part of our collective memory, ready to take shape-- but are somehow completely fresh and new at the same time. The percussion, the harmonies, that mandolin sound!! Beautiful work.

Props to Benedetta and her violin. And to whomever wrote the arrangement. The violin felt like it was always meant to be a part of the song!

Very, very nice. Hard to say what it makes me feel. This cover just strips the song down to its simplest emotions. Which makes it a great acoustic cover.

I think these folksy covers are where you guys shine most! This cover, Castle of Glass, Writing on the Wall, and Through the Water and Waves are all amongst the best covers I've seen on all youtube!
