Metal =/= screaming. This is a really dumb stereotype. There are songs with screaming that aren't metal at all (21 Pilots - Car Radio) , and songs that are metal and don't have any screaming (System of a Down - Toxicity).

so true one of the voices of my childhood, only saw them a few weeks ago, weird to think that was the first and only time I was ever see the whole of Linkin Park. Chesters voice just perfectly matched teenage anger and I loved shouting in sync plus it pissed off my parents back in the days. He'll be missed and Meteora playing on repeat on full volume for the next couple of weeks. RIP

Faint is my all time favorite songs. I remember my dad got me into linkin park before I could remember, and the day Chester died I remember seeing my dad crying on the porch and when I asked him what’s going on I cried with him. He used to go to all of his shows in our area. Now that I’m going through hard times in life I use linkin park to get through. RIP Chester, you will always be remembered

I bought my first album on October 25th 2000 at the age of 13 with the HT album. It was love at first sight for me and LP. I was blessed to see em live in 01 and 03, and my favorite singer of all time in chester bennington will be forever missed but never forgotten. I love u chester Charles Bennington.
