Which WM are you using? Since the bar is on top, I don't know if it's i3, Awesome or XMonad. Great setup by the way, especially with the glass table to see your notes

Awesome setup man especially the keyboard and mousepad lol and i probably need a lamp, for me its just one laptop with an external mouse and keyboard, because its an hp elitebook (their keyboard sucks alot and the keys break often). 4 years, same setup. Linux runs much faster, cooler and just works unlike windows, which needs all additional hp firmware crap to just being able to change brightness from keyboard. Not to mention i hear the fan all the time on windows, cpu spikes to 100% after opening any program. I still have it on an external ssd if i want to make or install a mod for a game because extracting and repacking an exe file on linux breaks it. All work done on linux, all gaming is also done on linux since i get better performance.

I have one of those original keyboards gathering dust in store. Be interesting to get it working with ps2 keyboard port. Think it’s UK or US layout. I’ve been using IBM model 30 keyboard for 20yrs. Where did you get the replacement keycaps? Thanks 🙏

Didn't buy them but Ebay is full of people selling them. By the way be carefull with the adapter. Old IBM keyboards sometimes require a specific converter and a mere adapteris not enought(it is what I had to solder for mine). There is a very well made guide on geekhack/deskthority by user Soarer.

Il portatile lo uso quasi esclusivamente per lavlri per cui non ho grandi esigenze di "computazione", ecco perché sto cercando di editare i video con ffmpeg, videogiochi non parliamone. Spero di riuscire a mostrare presto in video il setup "domestico" meno minimalista nel budget.
