You cannot run Linux commands in power shell or cmd but you can setup Linux either in wsl, virtual box or cloud

Welcome brother, happy to help ☺️ Regarding your query wget is used for downloading files from the web, while sudo apt install is used to install software packages from the distribution's repositories on Debian-based Linux systems

I am using AMD Ryzen 5 5625U with Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8852BE wifi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter, I am unable to use the wifi adaptor in ubuntu after insatlling Ubuntu in my OS it. I tried many different ways to do that. If you have any idea how to do that please do let me know.

My operating system is windows but i want to learn Linux, so I downloaded virtualbox and installed Linux OS on the virtualbox. Please is there any difference between having Linux as your main OS and using it in virtualbox? *and please note I'm not talking about using linux for basic commands, I'm talking about using linux for networking*. your response will be appreciated

No difference but yeah if you have less RAM or CPU virtual box might work slow. Other options you can try is WSL on windows 👍🏻

another option is to use vagrant tool for creating vms as CLI (without gui) when you have low ram .

Try with sudo before the command if it works which means docker has to be added in sudo group
