Sir i guess useradd command not create home dir by default. Until you pass -m option with that. Please clarify sir.

On some distro (like centos) it may creat Home folder by default, but it's always better to use -m option always to create it.

If you have root access, then you can easily change password Or you can request to root/admin to reset your password
