Please don't take any negative comments about your accent to heart. One of the great things about KZfaq is that people from all over the world can come together and share their passions their own point of view, different accents and technically incorrect grammar included. Additionally, I suspect that your English is significantly better than their German. Your art is absolutely gorgeous and you do a great job of explaining your process. :)

😢😢😢😢😢 I do KZfaq channel about art most watching are Thai people (I’m from Thai) and English friends. And it was a random person come to comment about my accent is really poor and my grammar.😰 it’s just hurt that I can’t improve my accent English is not my first language and also in Thai we have gave like past tense stuff.

I immediately saw this painting and knew it was a BJD! I actually own a few myself and I totally get on why you become so crazy for them. I fell in love with one doll before I started and just knew I wanted one for myself. Few years later, my collection had grown only quite a bit but nonetheless, the hobby is a very expensive one. There are more BJD companies which I'm sure you might be aware. But man, there are so many which opened these few years to where I find myself feeling slightly overwhelmed.

I can't really understand why people would hate accents, they are just a part of who you are as a person when you speak, if everyone spoke the same it would be uncanny. Btw lovely picture and don't worry about your accent, it's really lovely.

Your accent is really delightful, soft spoken and gentle, it’s what encouraged me to ‘stay’ lol so many you tubers are loud and abrasive with false enthusiasm it’s exhausting. I find your videos very relaxing and enjoyable and I love your style of work it’s beautiful .

Lioba, at night before bed, i start a playlist with ALL your videos and let them play as i sleep. your voice and accent together are perfect for your image and make you unique from all the other art youtuber's channels. Hello Lioba, In fact, I rarely comment on videos, but I NEED to tell you this: First: I love your accent, I think it's so good to hear. I am Brazilian and I end up watching many videos to learn to listen and understand English better. Second: I felt like I was seeing an old Grimm book with those beautiful illustrations on the cover. I am delighted with this work. And finally: You asked why the person watches your videos, I will tell you that my watercolors have improved greatly by observing your paintings. I wish I could make arts as delicate and beautiful as yours.

I can't believe people are so rude to say they don't like your accent! English is a weird language and you speak it great. I am Canadian, but my mother moved here from Germany, and you sound like my family; you are lovely to listen to. And an incredible artist.

I think your accent is beautiful! I actually find it really calming and lovely to listen to. I can always understand what you mean, even when the grammar isn't perfect, so I don't see a problem with it. I listen to your videos while I draw, because you have such good ideas about art, and you're so positive - I value that far more than I value someone having a voice that sounds like mine. Diversity is a beautiful thing and I adore what you bring to the table, so don't ever feel like you HAVE to change!

The effect those doll pictures have on you are somewhat the same effect your amazing paintings have on me (I also love dolls, fairies, and things cute and mystical). I've been watching your videos lately; when I saw the first one, I got addicted and craved for more. So I've watched non-stop. Your accent is as beautiful as your artwork. There are no grammar issues, the way you speak is just perfect. Those negative comments have probably come from people who cannot even speak one language properly. You don't need to change at all.

I am halfway through this and I am savoring it! Yes, since I also do fantasy watercolors in mixed media, there needs to be more awareness and appreciation of fantasy art other than the gaming market, which I personally do not care for! It needs to be looked at as a serious art form.

i just wanna say...un related to art. but how rude for someone to just say "i hate your accent" and than proceed to telling you to "fix" it. you are who you are and art has no language. i wouldn't change anything about it. the fact that you are bilingual is amazing and i LOVE your accent and do not mind it at all! its very intresting to me to see and than take in other artist advice form all over the world. i enjoy your videos and love your art style,! keep doing what your doing!

Don't worry about your accent. You're wonderful the way you are and your delivery is clear. It is good that you're open to correction but people who "hate your accent" should rethink how they deliver their feedback. You are an artist and this is an art channel, you are not teaching English language or grammar. Keep doing a great job!

Your accent is beautiful. I can hear you just fine. Sometimes the emphasis in a word is off once in a blue moon but you talk very well.Accents are something I find nice. I'm trying to learn French and talk about something you can't understand. XD A southern accent to french words.lol I love these doll works you paint. I found myself sculpting years ago but nothing that breath taking and used to visit tons of those sites. You can get lost in them.

I just found your channel, beautiful work and accent! I think people either have an ear to understand accents or they don't. If you don't, it takes work to understand. My husband often times asks if I understand someone on tv and will rewind 3 or more times to try to make it out. Many times I don't even realize that the person even has a thick accent until he points it out. I think your accent is beautiful, so don't change it too much 😉

Love the idea of you creating a shrine for this doll by painting her :) It's very clear how much you love her, thank you so much for this video! I would love to hear how you deal with borders between watercolor sections (in between colours). Your lines look either smoothed out or deliberately jagged and it always fits, how do you control that?

I understand completely. the pictures transport me to some fantasy world I'm desperate to know the story of. And to answer another question. watching your videos to learn watercolor which I really struggle with but have found myself watching everything because you explain so well and are very interesting to listen to. also I love your accent. This is so beautiful!!!! And love this doll faces very much! Listening to you about blending colored pencils, I don't know if anyone mentioned it but if you use watercolor and colored pencils on top, blending with gamsol or any odorless mineral spirit is not recommended, it will change/mess up your watercolor layer underneath... Colorless blender works great instead

the people that dont like your accent probably dont speak more than one language themselves. Youre obviously trying your best and its easy to understand you in all your videos, if they're going to complain they can at least contribute to subbing your videos instead. but seriously, dont mind people saying your accent is too thick, they wouldnt say it about a british or american youtuber, they shouldnt say it about a german one either 😤😤😤😤😤

I have the supplies and I finally have a space to call my own but as soon as I sit down I just begin to lose motivation, become discourage... It's like I think everything I do is awful... I don't know how to get that feeling back, it's been so long.

Your accent is lovely,I enjoy listening to it..I am envious I can only speak one language and you two ..so don’t let them upset you..as you were talking about the dolls..I am the same too..I love them ..if you are on Pininterest and look up my name you will see I have over the years collected designer doll pictures in two boards and in one with fairy designer Dolls too..I have some of these on there too ,I love them as they are fantasy..I love anything like that..I have been collecting them for years so feel free to look ..hopefully you will get even more inspiration ..not that you need much your work is amazing ,and cheers me up no end 😀
