When it comes to the Lioness they don’t have a short fuse like the male Lion. The reason is when they’re born Cubs the male lion is to be keep away until they’re a little grown by the Lioness. The lioness as a team work together to protect the Cubs. Throughout what I have heard research in some videos as discussed. The lion cubs have some little survival in the wild. Not just from getting killed by other male lions nomad take over predators. But also do two accidents involving their dads. Lioness have to be on defense mode in order to preventing males from killing their cubs accidentally

@@TuffStathin Why should the cub be scared? It's playing rough and biting in the neck of lioness. This is completely normal behavior for big cat cubs. And at some point, the cub will be taught a lesson about respect by the lioness or other pride members.

The cubs don't know their parents aren't going to hurt them. They're trying out their skills and at some point when the cubs are strong enough to hurt the grown-ups, they're going to give them a growl and a slap. That's how they they their cubs to behave. Also, big cat cubs take a long time to develop social skills. They're not yet interested in being careful around their friends.
