I actually think the Messi we're witnessing right now is his best version ever ! He's working he's scoring he's building up the play he's defending he's assisting he's EVERYWHERE !! you don'T see him stand around like last year his spirits are back , his hunger is back and he proves it every game that he indeed is the best player in the world.

@@888167 Maybe you were right because many people think that 2015 Messi was his best version. But then came 2019 where he even bettered 2015. He was also the best in 2017 and 2018 in my opinion. And now in this very moment world cup 2022 is underway and messi has said that its his last, so lets hope Argentina wins it. In my opinion though messi has been amazing all his career and even now in the twilight of his mesmerizing career he is still the best and he still plays the most beautiful football. So lets hope he wins this world cup and continues to play for many more years to come, so we can enjoy his magic. Andre Coco Messi's 2012 was a record-breaking year, it's not just most goals but breaking record of most goal. same thing goes for Pichichi tropy, golden boot & Cl top scorer. Also he won one title and reach the semi-final of CL! As for Ribbery I didn't say he should have won it but the way he was treated - The man already know that he lost before the result shows.
