I'm from Barcelona, I'm 62 and I'm not a big fan of soccer, but yes, my team is FCBarcelona. I was only interested in this sport when our club signed world stars who provided spectacle, beautiful play and goals, we had some like Romario, Stoickov, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho and even Maradona. But believe me guys since he came to the first team it is indescribable how much we enjoyed seeing what we had never seen before. day by day Messi grew until he reached levels never seen before. An effective slide tackle is one of the best defensive moves it takes a lot of skill and accuracy to get your foot on the ball while sliding though to avoid a foul though.

on 6:55 messi passes the ball to the foot the opponent rest his weight on so the ball then ricochets into a pass to himself since the defender can't move that leg fast enough. he did that few times before

Ronaldo may look better but if he wanted to Messi could, Ronaldo is a showboater and also in my opinion the mardiest player, the only thing Ronaldo does better than Messi is cry and dive, Messi has been on the receiving end of some bad tackles and still kept playing whereas if someone even touches Ronaldo he's rolling around on the floor, thats why hes called penaldo.
