wow man... I'm training about 8 hours a week, and he just says that a 10 hour bike week is something that "resembles training". I'm not very fit though, but I'm building consistently and fairly rapidly.

Maybe we'll see you at a race in SW Ontario or SE Michigan. Even if it's just to hassle the locals.
