There's another video (link is included in my comment) of a young lion who, while eating a buffalo that they had just killed, the young lion literally got his head stuck inside the dead buffalo's butt (rectum). Lions always start eating their kill in the more tender parts of the prey's body, like the belly, groin area and the anal area (yuk, lol) because the skin is easier to tear. The young lion at some point stuck it's head up into the buffalo's anal cavity, but couldn't pull its head back out. I was laughing so hard, I cried, lmao. Reportedly, later on, 2 crew members who stayed behind to see what was going to happen, reported that some lions (same pride, most likely) came back later and ate/tore apart more of the buffalo's abdominal/ribcage area and the young lion was able to get out of the buffalo's body that way.
