Doctor l have to go to the skin or surgery doctor as i lump beneath the skin but no pain and movable

If you had it in muscle or organ would it be agonisinng? I had one right on the spot of paiin. Does inflammation cause them? I still have the pain now its gone. Maybe i also have a deeper one. Such agony.

My daughter is 15 years old. She has an uncapsulated lipomatosis. It started growing after she fell on her back at 10 years old. It's grown all across her lower back and now into her hips. She's in alot of discomfort. We have been to different consultants at the hospitals but they won't operate due to the lipoma not being in a sack. I really don't know what to do anymore She can hardly walk around she's in alot of pain 😢
