Can you tow or have a 5th wheel hitch in an 8ft bed with that fuel tank and tool box?

When they coat them with rhino linex and make the center portion of brush guard fold down for easy grill cleaning and oil checking I'll buy them. Those shiny running boards will be scratched to hell in no time. Wake up ranch hand and do it right. Would not buy as is, the running boards are too narrow as well according to another review I seen foot barely gets grip to step up.
