Liquid Dough Chilli Garlic Paratha | No Knead, No Rolling | Chilli Garlic Paratha | N'Oven Foods
Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Flour
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Salt
2 Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 Tspn Oil
½ Tspn Sugar
1 And ¼ Cup Water ( Add Gradually)
Mix Well
Make Smooth Batter
Grease Oil In a Pan
Remove The Excess
Pour Batter
Cook In Low Flame
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Flip
1 Tspn Oil
Fry Both Side Well

Firstly, this is not advisable for people who have their hands set on making parathas / chapati daily as this method takes at least about 5 to 6 minutes to make just one paratha and that's time consuming, we could easily make many more the regular way. Secondly, they don't taste anything like parathas. They look and taste more like atta dosa 😮
