what is the formula of Liquid Limit without using excel ??

You don't have to use Excel, you can draw it by hand, just use a log scale for the X-axis. There is a formula but it is not reliable as it typically uses the result from only one test. You can find it on the Internet if you are interested.

It is based on empirical data; it has been found that 25 blows correlate to the liquid limit of soil
