Nouvelle Apparel Scarves are made in Nepal from 70% Cashmere and 30% Silk for a buttery soft, warm and lightweight feel.
Each Scarf is finished with modern detailing, such as a small removable label, and soft short eyelash fringe.
The design is oversized to allow it to be worn as a scarf or shawl, and measures 200 x 90 cm or 70" x 35".

HI Elle, Im so bowled over by this video! I found myself swooning over the ring and almost forgot it was one of mine!!! Its funny, when you are so close to a project for so long, you almost stop 'seeing' the thing you are working on .. if you know what I mean? I understand too. When I write a story I get it to the point where I think it's right, then send it to my bestie who edits it for me, and it comes back covered in red pen marking spelling and grammar mistakes. I think that I look at it so many times that I just stop being able to see the mistakes anymore.

I have also followed Lisa for years and I've been excited about her line. Unfortunately, it really splits into the haves and have-nots. I'll never own a piece due to the price point. But yes, they are beautiful and I'm happy that you enjoy the ring. Very nice and thorough unboxing video.

It's beautiful! After the rotten time you have had recently you deserve a present. I have had a horrible year so far too and I bought myself a present, a pair of white gold huggie earrings from Michael Hill. They look stunning with my grey Nouvelle pearls and cheered me up no end.

The setting is the same setting as my engagement ring. It's antique, it was hand-cut in shop in London in 1856. Amazing.

Such a lovely ring. I keep looking at them online but was hesitant to buy due to our lovely Canadian duties - somehow a bill always seems to appear weeks later. I did notice the comment from Lisa, so that gives me peace of mind. 💕💕

As excellent as your review is you didn't go into detail about how everything was ethically and sustainably sourced as well as how they were handcrafted in the UK. These were main selling points for me!

Elle - I appreciate so much learning from your channel, as I had not heard of Lisa Eldridge prior to this video. I am going to go look for her video about her creative process, as I especially resonate with that type of video. I'm linking one you might enjoy from another YTer who is a fashion designer but launched her own jewelry line at the end of last year. This video was magic for me as I had been to the places which were her source of inspiration. Pretty ring. Have you seen the Pomellato rings? It’s a very hi-end Italian jewelry company that has been around since 1967. They have been doing this type of design beautifully for many years. I have several of their Pomellato “Nudo” rings in different color stones and I love them.

Stunning ring. I adore her collection also. The only thing I’m slightly surprised about is the price difference from silver to gold. £500 / $1000NZD is a lot of a price shift up to a gold ring. Still.. definitely a special treat for sure! 😍

kiwigirljacks Silver is much cheaper than gold! In the US silver is about 15 dollars an ounce where as gold is 1,300 dollars an ounce!

I do love the design of your ring, you chose well! I was inspired to check out her site and I do love the jewellery, but am dismayed by the prices for semi precious jewellery. There’s a silver and quartz ring for £490!! While I appreciate you pay more for design and nice stones, those materials cost very very little indeed - a few pounds at most, surely!

If you watch Lisa Eldridge's video she explains that the materials are all ethically sourced and that everything was 'made in the UK' which makes the price more justifiable. Also the packaging was all handmade from vintage materials so you're paying for that as well. I'm not really a packaging person so that annoys me a little but I can appreciate the care that goes into it.

Hallie Hurst I do appreciate that ethical, quality stones and packaging will cost a little more but the mark up is still astronomical. When all’s said and done though, clearly I am not the intended audience for this brand! It is of course possible to find far more reasonably priced ethical semi precious jewellery for people like me who wouldn’t pay this 🙂

Hi Elle! Now that you have had the ring for a little while do you have any issues? I have very small fingers and often have an issue with ring bands rubbing sores on the sides of my other fingers and wanted to know how the metal wears on your finger! Thank you in advance! Hi Elle, may I ask you how the ring was shipped to you? I live in Toronto, and afraid of high duties too :( was the ring shipped by the regular post or via courier (DHL\FedEx etc)?

Even though I love Lisa and the rings are beautiful, they are ridiculously overpriced. The semi-precious stones do not cost much and the the metals do not either (especially silver, the silver rings are just a rip off).

Omg thank you!!!!!!!! I was agonizing over buying one for the 72 hrs they were available. I really wanted it and I can afford it but would have been extravagant especially since I'm early in my career. And I'm so curious about them so thank you thank you!!!! Gems don't have artificial value like diamonds do, diamonds aren't rare like these are either. To source your stones ethically, it's gonna cost more money. This is a luxury line, it won't be cheap.

It is expensive. You can go to a private, wholesale jeweler and have one made for a few hundred bucks. You’re paying the jeweler as well as Lisa, so it’s more expensive. But, if you’re a fan of Lisa the money might be worth it to you.
