when she said she had "class" from 12pm to 12am.. it doesn't mean she's dancing from 12pm-12am. she's probably had dance training like 4 hours and keep practicing more hours later if she's not satisfied with it. keep in mind that she's also had a rap training and vocals training too.. maybe she had like 4 hours session each for rap/vocals/dance training in a day. Lisa is really been working hard in every position, that's why Lisa is super talented as we know her today. Just like she said "it might be hard, but it's worth it"

Here in the Philippines, we work 8hrs a day, MINIMUM. Also, nurses here work 12hrs a day.. but anyway, when it comes to being a dancer or even being an idol, it is really true that practice makes it perfect. When Lisa said that she trains from 12pm to 12am, it doesn't mean that it's a mandatory training time, and it's not just for dancing, it's for rapping and being an idol in general aswell. Lisa has been training professionally since she was 6yrs old, to better herself in every opportunity that she had, driven by her passion and purpose. And I truly believe that, that's what made her the successful woman that she is today. 😊🖤💓

I watched another show from YG and they show a bit of how they evaluate and teach their trainees (YG Treasure box). It’s freaking tough that even if I’m an audience I also got the pressure lol so I’m not surprised they practiced until 3-4 am. My boy from another group (another company) also slept only 2 hrs because he has to go to school as well. And I’m kinda know that Korea is a country that values hard working so much.

That’s why lisa said you have to practice as if you are performing because of muscle memory. You practice EACH mover perfectly before moving on to next move and the next move. Muscle memories work differently than ‘mental’ memory for me. I can memorize dance moves easily but song lyrics or reading text book .. I have difficulties

The thing is this is a survival show. When she says "You may not have second chance" shes saying do it with all you can at best that you can. 6hrs is basically allot but shes aware of competency of each group. Shes basically tipping that at the moment their level is less competition to others, if they want to have a chance invest more. Fill their lacking by putting more effort.

8:13 I feel like when you keep doing it more and more, yes it true you tiring and you can't do better. However, if you keep doing until your body really ran out of all energy, and you finally get some rest. When you get up, amazingly your body go to another level. I used that technique with alot of things. For example, study. Sometime you keep reading reading reading for several hour and you feel like nothing actually go to your head. However, when you go to sleep and wake up. Surprisingly, you tend to remember everything you read the day before, all the thing you felt like It not goes in your head at all.

The fact that its survival and you got no second chance you have to give evrything youve got to compete. Thats exactly what shes doin. Theyve got no more second change once theyve got eliminated unless they wish to audition again on the show for next season

Lisa is a perfectionist which means they have an obsession to get it right even though it's perfect in our eyes they just don't see. Practice practice practice so maybe feel sorry for these trainees and Lisa doesn't get judged wrongly for being too hard on them.
