I used to have a Donnie Osmond doll and he had his pick of which Barbie doll he wanted to date. I got a Volkswagen motorhome for Christmas one year and I used to get so frustrated because most of my Barbie dolls were the old dolls and you couldn't sit them the right way because their knees wouldn't bend. I only had one Barbie where her knees would bend. I had camping cookware for them too. My grandma gave me a pink living room suit made for Barbie dolls to sit on. Each piece was soft and cushiony. I know now that my Donnie Osmond doll would be worth alot of money someday, if only my parents hadn't thrown away all of my Barbie stuff when I got older. The 70's and the 80's were awesome to grow up in!!

I'm a 40 year old man but I still remember when I was 8-9 years old I had to play Barbie dolls with a girl I had to visit.
