Can you provide the settings for cutting reflective films like this? Speed, Force, Offset and also what type of blade to use? I am having hard time finding the right combination of these on my Jaguar V. I really appreciate your assistance

Hello, here is the parameter setting for your reference. Speed:3cm/sec, Force: 380g to 450g, offset : 0.5mm. please use a green blade. any more questions, please let me know.

@@airbourne9720 Hello, you can reduce the force. my material is from Japan, maybe the thickness is different. so you need to try and find the knife force for your material.

@@GCCLaserPro I am using 3M Engineering Grade Reflective. One of my problem is, the cutting is uneven. There are portion of the image which are cutting good, (kiss cut), others are cutting through (die cut) while others do not cut at all. These are all on one image. Really appreciate your assistance

Good afternoon, I'm from Peru and I have a VLX jaguar and I can not cut 3M OR DIAMONDED VINYL because I get an error, I would like to know how much force and speed I have to put in order to cut that thick material

Hi we haven’t test to cut SABIC & Mcdermaid film, but our cutting plotter can cut many kinds of materials, such as vinyl, window tint film, even 3M Diamond Grade Reflective Film. The acceptable material thickness is 0.8mm. Could you tell us which country and region you live, and leave your email address? We can inform our local distributor to help you.
