Siberian Husky dad Dash playing with his 9 husky puppies for the first time at 6 weeks. This was Kitana's first and Last litter, we planned on getting them desexed after Kitana healed from having her puppies.

Mine was too, another Siberian husky he was a young dad so the first time he saw them, he also wanted to play with them, his girls climbed on him, bite his tail and ears and my sweet Homero left them, I miss all of them a lot, they passed, maybe one of his babies is alive but she will be a old lady by now

Dime9764 I've been raising dogs for over twenty years and there is absolutely no maturity levels standard. A fifteen year old can act like a puppy and a puppy can act like the most mature dog in the world. My two half-brother dogs, Max has autism and is very very slow, just loving to cuddle, and is very excited to see people. My other dog Hoppy, is very adult and demanding. He's very incredible, you can see the wheels turning. They're the same age and act so different.

For all those who keep commenting Dash knows what he is doing and wouldn't hurt any of his puppies, he is not aware of his size and actually hurt 4 puppies and made 1 bleed from her nose. Keep in mind you are watching an EDITED VIDEO. For all those who keep telling me let mama bear take care of her pups unless you are paying my vet bill which YOU ARE NOT! I am not letting my dogs fight. This video is almost 3 years old stop whinging don't like it don't watch it SIMPLE! We kept 2 of the puppies, they will be turning 3 in July if you want to see more videos of them as grown ups/what they look like now check out my channel! :)

Thank you for your lovely comments I am glad there are other people who understand rough play, I don't mind him playing rough with bigger dogs if they are not my dog I make sure their owner doesn't mind but with the puppies he doesn't understand when too stop and takes it too far, people not understanding that father dogs have no parental instinct is another thing. I have seen a puppy die from rough play before from a male dog (not Dash another husky) he went through the skull and instant death for the puppies which make me a little nervous with Dash getting rough with the puppies. The puppy that died was a little older he was 9 weeks old and still with how strong their teeth are it only takes 1 second.

Dash is an amazing Dad. He’s really teaching his pups how to be a dog. When he was on his side, raising his leg, in dog language, he was letting his pup know “ok! You win”.

This is how powerful the presence of dad is in a home. Dads are often the ones who retain their ability to play while mom gets serious. My dad “wrestled” with me and played hand-eye coordination games that hurt because I couldn’t move my hands as fast as his but I loved it. Would play over and over,thrill of competition. Dad was the harsher disciplinarian but usually a look stopped me. You learn so much from a good dad Mine worked a lot but still found energy for those moments
