TWIN PEAKS is such a beautiful, atmospheric world.

This song and Shadows by the Chromatics are my favorite songs in Twin Peaks: The Return. Both songs are powerful and give me crazy chills.

This song used to inspire me to be myself and feel good in my aloneness. It no longer works, I'm too sad. Things and emotions which I used to feel when thinking about people which used to exist and prevent me from losing hope are no longer here.

This happened at a very dark time in my life, and obviously the show had been pretty dark up to this point. I wasn’t familiar with Lissie, but broke down as soon as this started; it just touched something in me. It’s so hopeful, so defiant, things I had struggled to be up to that point.
