There are many FB groups for students in Germany already he will get accomodations through that and food is also not a problem Germany has all kind of shops here so no worries

Yes it is good place you will find jobs but remember grip on German language is essential in securing jobs in Germany

Actually most of jobs available only with masters and bachelors so you can apply respectively the kind of electrical degree you have
