The comment's by an announcer in the beginning & end, before & after Sadhguru speaks , aren't needed, I'd rather have the videos as they were, all Sadhguru. Don't know why but to me it's purer that way, any way that's my feeling about it. I love all the videos, quotes , exercises & lessons with Sadhguru. LOVE

What a powerful human being. Thank you sir for your wisdom and sharing your thoughts with the world. I follow your teachings and began thinking this way about 15 years ago . We make life more difficult and call that doing something.. .it's stupid chaos, jealousy, making diseases, killing people, doing the opposite of your God given purpose, tyranny, war, degradation, putting others down to make yourself feel better, and fake. I hope that Sadghuru also reaches into other parts of the world, like China and Russia. I only mention those regions because I am unaware of what they can see on the web. We are all Beautiful & also need to become the Captains of Our Own Ships ! With Good Communication between many ships in the shared Oceans led by great captains, makes for a Great Ocean of Cooperation with minimal incidents and constructive flow 💯 Meant both literally and metaphorically.

Unfortunately I have an issue with indulging in drugs. My mind tells me I love and enjoy being high on drugs! You see that's the lie drugs tell some of us. Drugs often tell me I am living life to its fullest. You see, they lie to me and I believe them. Now I am sober and love everything about my life just as I do on drugs. People wonder how I am so happy with such a "tough" past. I don't recall things being so bad, even when I was on drugs I enjoyed my life. 🤷sounds dumb, but I certainly am a happy individual! I learned long ago to just be happy at all costs. Now I understand it's not the drugs that made me happy, it has always been myself that makes me happy.

He is very sharp and also wise. But. It is very hard for me to get over the sarcasm of his tone which seems to outline the message: "You are just so stupid". I think people often have their fears that make them do unwise dicissions, but underneath there is goodness, need to belong. To be able to pause, to stop the mind storming for paper tigers, one needs compassion and encouragement, not shaming. 🤔
