Wait wait wait wait wait. Ice... Isn't that just... "Central Park" from Postal? Though I fell down a small rabbithole a few months ago where I found out a lot of games use that sample, including a song from Portal 2 I believe? And I think other Silent Hill songs also used part of it, but I didn't think they just used the entire song o.O
