It is pretty simple - if you make up an explanation without having access to any real evidence, it's a conspiracy theory. Guessing what happened is always a fool's errand, a waste of time.

I don't buy it for one second that those 2 men, one of whom is an "ex" drug ring boss, are innocent in this case. The narrative of the people who seem to believe this case is closed (or want it to be closed) is that he was too messed up on drugs to know what he was doing and that's why he trusted those men enough to go with them to their airbnb (far away from the clubs) and yet wanted to get out of there early in the morning (which is a sign of being clear in the head), even though he was dehydrated and phone almost dying, and yet too messed up to look for help in the residential area the airbnb was located at. Contradictory narrative. Which one is it? He came to his senses or not? Why was he in such a rush to get out of there early in the morning if he was so messed up to trust those guys and willing to walk up to the mountains? That's something you might possibly do if you were scared for your safety, which he clearly wasn't up until that point. If he left the airbnb because he was scared for his safety, why not stay in the residential area and look for help from the people there? If he was too messed up, why would he leave the airbnb instead of being messed up there? Are we supposed to believe he was messed up AND scared for his safety so he walked up to the mountains and dropped to his death? I don't buy it. I've been to Ibiza and done drugs and been scared for my safety, I would NEVER even in that state of mind go mountaineering and leave the residential area. The most logical explanation if he did truly leave the airbnb that morning is because he was scared for his safety. Which begs the question, why was he scared for his safety?? How convenient for the "ex" drug ring boss and his friend that Jay simply decided he didn't want to hang out with those guys early in the morning, so he just got up and left and dropped to his death. He must be thinking, my god I was literally just there! They only had that place rented a couple of days before so that photo must have been taken the night before or two nights before. The fact Jay left the bnb when Ayub went to move his car sounds to me like Jay took his chance to get out of there in that moment but the odd thing is that the road he took, you can see the bnb all along there for the whole walk you can look across that valley and see it and vise vera, so when he said he didn't know where it was, he literally walked up one rd . Yeah, I've had a few mashups in Nandos, and the shape and positioning of the tables can really be disorientating - along with the inevitable volcanic energy building in my colon which made me sweat profusely and get even dizzier. If the body had been out in that heat for 4 weeks what with heat and scavengers he would not most likely be identifiable. It did say they were going to have to identify the body by fingerprints which I believe they did. There is a whole lot not right about this situation for sure how come when they searched Masca the dogs didn't find the body. No doubt they had cadaver dogs with them and they are excellent at finding bodies. So many things don't add up and I am not just an armchair detective I am the real deal. I don't think we have heard all that had gone on the Spanish police have been very careful with allowing information out.Why were those two men let go as fast as that? Surely as being the last to see the boy alive they would have at least detained them for 72 hours for questioning. Nah nothing adds up.
