The carpet is $hit and waaaay too much of it. Who has carpet in their dining room.

Profanity not necessary. If don't like carpet, then just simply state. This is the reason I look for higher end homes so there would be a better chance of avoiding this type of neighbor. According to statistics, this person is most likely not to have the educational level that's required to have the means to afford higher end home. Higher end meaning at least $ 700,000
