such an underrated gem, I am so happy this game was a part of my childhood

The part where Twinsen realizes the reactor is too strong for him always gives me a chill through the spine. Man, do I love this game.

LBA2 is a gaming classic in my view. I loved it! It had such an amazing amount of characters, a fantastic story and it was so cool. It would be amazing if they brought this game back with a third. On PS4 and X-Box it would be astonishing. Imagine what Twinsen, Zoe, their kids, Dino Fly, FunFrock and Sendell and the game itself could be with todays technology. It would be fantastic! If they brought a classic like this back to life I would buy it immediately!

Im so happy this was put on here, ive tried with my dad a number of times to complete this game just to see the ending and we never could. :) thanks.

LBA 1 & 2 and All Monkey Island games. Best ever. Now my kids play them and love them. What gaming should be again. Thank you guys. Big smiles and fond memorys of many frustrating hours. :-) Thanks again.

I was like 6 at the time when I played this awesome game, and at the end I actually did cry. I couldn't believe I finished it, didn't want it to end.

Hey i just wanted to say thx for posting this. It brought back alot of childhood memories, havent played the game in years. I never got to beat the game because my new computer couldnt play the old CD for some reason. So thanks for the ending much appreciation.

This is my favourite game ever. I had this about 10 years ago, and got right to the end (4 wizards) but got stuck. Then I found it again and completed it. It's such a lengthy story, a true classic. I enjoyed watching it again, so thank you!

dubbing is way better in french. You would say it's normal, but years after i still remember all replies.and amazing accents. What a great game. If you play it, don't speedrun, explore everything, the entire world desserve your attention.

A few years back I was overjoyed to find the android version of this game. I love how cell phones are more powerful than the desktop systems we used to spend thousands assembling and maintaining.

I remember spending months trying to figure out how to get Twinsen's magic suit from the start! Can't even remember, ehh, tunic? :D But from then on, a game I totally loved! Well done! :D

this ending makes me cry... the story of the game is incredible! and the final it's so touching!

Now that's a story. A kick in the balls for all those games where the "Hero" save the day all by himself making it a non-believable happy ending. I remember the escape from Moon's prison, big moment, including a death. Also the way Darkmonk's prophecy is presented, and how you reveal the last lines of it at the final battle :D

Amazing game with a unique look, addictive gameplay, and great storyline and characters - definitely one of my all time favourites. Used to spend hours just wandering around and not progressing through the story - this of course was years before the massive worlds found in games like GTA.

Heh, I know I'm a sentimental, but the ending always brings a tear to the eye. Partly that music, but mostly because of what happens... that we realise the children are OK, and how the Esmers switch sides once more and destroy the reactor!

Why did this game never got another sequel?! Its plot is so inventive and the gameplay was so addictive that anyone could swear this would be one of the greatest franchises in gaming history!

Ah, sweet memories .. LBA2 is an legendary, epic, and magical game. Words can't explain it. It is that way a video game meant to be. Any other games, they aren't even close to be as good as this game. Little Big Adventure series, ( LBA 1 and two), are the best games ever. WHO'S WITH ME? :)

hehe wow! i went on gamespot and i checked some old games, this one came by and i held my breath for a moment. this was my favorite game like 12 years ago. Never seen the ending though, i was stuck somewhere near the end :( like on the last island.

I remember playing a demo for this game, a LONG time ago. I was expecting a sort of jigsaw puzzle game when this game appeared, lol. I've been absolutely hooked for years, and I still get all warm and fuzzy inside everytime I play it again. :)

lol... some 10 years ago, me and my friend used to wave our arms when we were happy or excited, just like Twinsen does when he finds an item.

In the real version (the CD installed on Windows 98 and not a file type LBAwin) there is background music in the scene where everyone is united on twinsun. This music is "the song of Gabriel" and the end credits is the music of the island of mosquibees ..

best game ever, i have to admit it... only the first final fantasy series made me remind some od this game, but theres no comparacy... LBA2 is the best game ever... i passed all the freaking game.. every door, every character... every magical power you could get...it was so awesome!!! and i was about 8 to 10 years old ;)

Everytime I hear this song swell, my eyes start to water because it means two things. Zoe kissing her loving partner before he goes on a dangerous adventure while she is expecting their child, and later on, Twinsen being reunited with the children of Twinsun, saved by Jerome.

I can still remember finishing this like 10 years ago, oh my god, those were the days :) What an awesome game, too bad there will never be a lba3 :'( props for uploading this dude.

Watch the run! Get Gasogem in the building near that door you can't open; then follow the clues to the bar, then Jonny in the hotel, then the souvenir shop where you'll get a gun but you'll need crystals from Celebration Island to use it. Hope that helps!

omg! ive played this game when i didt know english. one of biggest mystery was umbrella. ive learned so much while playing this. but AoE was my favorite game, carmagedon and this was second at the time

Definitely, you won't regret it. You must have stopped in the middle of the school of magic tests. The maze should be the one inside the Dome of the slate.

From 5:56 to 6:56, it has the atmosphere of a Jacques Tati movie, due to the lack of music and dialog. Not the sounds you would expect during celebration of two worlds' survival. XD

I hope they release a third. It should have a darker plot and sense of game play. You would play Twinsen's son, who lives in the shadow of his late father, the hero of his planet. Caring for his mother who is struck will illness, he travells to Zeilich in search of a special cure'. What seems like a simple trip to find some medicine, the young boy, by coincidence, stumbles upon a dark plot led by a mysterious organization which brings to light the whereabouts of his father (or perhaps a clone).

oh my god! i used to play this when i was well young! But i found the characters quite scary looking and they used to give me nightmares ^_^

I had the same problem, I actually thought Island CX was Celebration island, because of the old man with the boat. Was stuck for months and months.
