Hi and Welcome! I am Lily and in today's video I am making Christmas "Little House" Junk Journal pockets using #10 size plain envelopes. You are also able to use Junk Mail Envelopes with or without windows. I've made these Little House Journal Pockets before but today we are working on Christmas projects. This is a great opportunity to get super creative and imaginative using all of our supplies and paper scraps and also items like papers not necessarily labeled for Christmas. This is going to be such a fun Christmas paper craft junk journal project. Please join me.

Well, I'm really afraid to try these. I think it may turn into a `CRACK`house addiction, and I work a full time job!! The possibilities are endless. I love bling, lace, glitter, trim, and buttons! You had me at gift card. Or send a letter to someone and match the house to the season or holiday! Beach houses, hunting lidges, mountain cabins. Oh my!! You are so passionate about your wonderful work!! Love your true confessions. We have all done that. Don't feel bad. I can't wait to play. I’m obsessed with stickers too. I spent $70 mostly on stickers at Dollar Tree when they had gotten a big shipment of new stickers. I have a big collection of washi tape also. When I travel across the country, I shop at Daiso. I can’t resist getting a little bit more. These would be fun to sell at a craft show too. They are so fun.

This is April- 2024 - just found your Envelope House video - love them. ❤️ You are so creative - great way to use up scraps and the collection of everything we as scrapers accumulate. 😅 As I watched I got to thinking if a small slit in the envelope was made where the chimney is, so a small piece of wrapping tissue crinkled to look like smoke ( could glue it behind chimney ) Love it all Thank you 🌵🦋💖

Large embrodery/ cross stitch hoops could work also for a washi hoop. Use the outer hoop only, it's usually cut apart and a small screw tightens it together to the closed hoop. Hoops come in many different sizes also. And it would be cute to hang it on a wall with a ribbon. It could look like a wreath😉

Hi, thank you for watching. Embroidery hoops are ideal for washi. My sister uses embroidery hoops for holding her washi tape. It's a great substitute to the metal washi ring holder. I use embroidery hoops to hold my ribbon. I've a shorts video demonstrating it. Thank you so much I appreciate your input. 😊😊😊

Hello Janet, I do have other Little House pocket videos where I repeat this process. I'm sorry it was confusing but believe me you'll get the hang of it. It's a fold and a few cuts to get there. These are soooo stinking cuuuuuuute. The little flour sack looks just like the powder bags that bowlers use to keep their hands from sweating and keep their fingers from sticking inside the holes in the bowling ball.

Madilyn here. a new subscriber. I love these houses. Will try them today. I got one of yours with a journal I purchased. They journal is so adorable. I would also love to see the loft. I have loads of washi tape and love to use them on everything, too. My Christmas cards for gifts will be these houses. I give gift cards and those houses will be so cute to house them in. You are so creative. Thanks for sharing how you do it for us.
