she wishes that she'd never met him then she wouldn't have to feel the pain of being friend zoned

This was a wonderful series, perhaps the best made on Dickens' books. :)

Amy is the embodiment of Karma Yoga -- the yoga of selfless service. She finds happiness and purpose, joy and clarity, in seeing that others are happy also. (She is not codependent... that is a state where she'd not take care of herself, which she does magnificently.) She is not a saint... but she is a self-realized being, a bodhisattva in the best sense of the word... Arthur has found a repose that always refreshes.

Another scene where poor Arthur gets whiplash. He goes from “dum dee dum, just going about my day-wait, is that? Could it be? It is! Hey what’s up Amy!” To “oh you’re in mourning. Awkward… damnit I done goofed” to “well, maybe I can make it up to her, help her in some way” to “uh wait what? That was rather salty, is she pissed at me?” To “wait she is pissed at me? Why?” To “she wishes she never met me!?” To “WTF just happened!?”

the way in that has portrayed this moment with that music pierce all the Dickensians hearts. and you know it.

This is so contrary to the personality of Little Dorrit, a travesty of the original. When she and Arthur meet, as above, he is practically dying in prison. She is nothing but support and love for him, not an ounce of pride.
