Sri Krishna bakasur ke pet me the isliye uspe kiye gaye Gods ke attack se jyada harm nhi ho paa rha tha, plus non of them used their param divyastras on him to directly k!ll as Karma ka fal aur Vidhi ka vidhaan Niyaati ne jo likha hota use sakchhaat krne me bhagwan shamilit hote h naa ki uske viprit me kuch, toh bakasur ka death Sri hari ke avatar sri krishna ke hatho hin tha, thus Even if mahadev may came..bakasur won't die as just like putana, he was existing in this form with blessing to get sraap mukt (aka Utthaan hona) by getting death only from Sri krishna avatar of sri hari & to physically manifest that sraap/blessing in disguise the reason became that Sri krishna was in his stomach here, thus non of attacks by god were doing much damage (as Mahadev considers Sri hari his araadhya & also Vice versa, so their astras won't harm each other)

Even if he may did, Bakasur won't die coz just like putnaa..bakasur was existing in this form with blessing to get sraap mukt (aka Utthaan hona) by getting death only from Sri krishna avtar of sri hari. Aur yaha uske pet me sri krishna the toh woh marta kaise huhh.
