Oh damn. I remember like three years ago, I was in the hospital for my anorexia. Then I saw this music video. I felt very inspired by it, encouraged to start loving myself more. It didn’t cure my eating disorder, I’m not gonna say that - but it was pretty amazing to see something like this. I think this song has always stuck with me. Thank you, girls, from the bottom of my heart. X

I wasn’t in the same situation, but they have helped me so much too. When I was in hospital on the intensive care, I was so so so sick and I just couldn’t handle the pain and I felt so short of breath. My mom used to play little mix in hard situations, because they made me relax a bit more. They helped me a lot.

It surprises me to know what was actually going through her head in past videos and performances. Before I found out about her suicide attempt, I saw her as the most confident girl in the world, she had so much energy onstage and stood out so much because of her amazing looks. Right now i am crying, i don't think this girls actually realise how many people they are helping with this type of songs. I have been insecure about my body all my life, since i was little people have been calling me anorexic, too skinny and things like that but now i am proud to say that i love every single part of my body. I’m not insecure about my weight. People try to joke with me all the time if I’m trying to lose weight if they see a salad or anything else that would qualify as healthy, that’s how skinny I am. I just think I look bland and that their is nothing special about me. It’s nice to have something to distract you from your insecurities.
