People don’t realize that other styles of singing sound amazing too... yes Perrie can belt it out, but Leigh Anne has some amazing rapping skills and a really nice grit to her voice. Jesy has great tone and her vibrato is untouchable. Jade has great control over her voice and can sing a wide range. Without one of them it wouldn’t be little mix...

the reason little mix won’t tumble and fall apart like fifth harmony did in 4 years is because there’s no lead singer and they’re all equal as talented. no one wants the spot light more than the others and that’s why they’ll be so much more successful because that unbreakable bond they all have.

I hate that the judges keep telling them to get a lead singer. They don't and that's what makes them so special and so good! That's one of the reasons that they're still together, they work together and they don't try to push over who should get the most parts!

I love the fact that the girls' personalities haven't changed. They haven't let the industry break them, they remain humble and have the best friendship in the world (who doesn't want to be their friends?). Judges kept repeating that Little Mix needed a lead singer to succeed, but look where they came from without having to belittle anyone in the group. I love Kelly for having formed Little Mix, but it was Tulisa who fought for them. Tulisa didn't force them to have a lead singer and let them be the group they wanted to be, and that's one of the factors that makes the group one of the best in the world. I heard them when I was younger, but I didn't pay attention and now I just want to go back in time and punch myself. I'm glad that I discovered theirs songs. Better later than never, right?
