@@HedleyLamarr Yeah but Dana ALWAYS plays a comedic role. I believe this is Quentin's ONLY comedic role he ever played. His role in his movie Django was pretty funny also though.

The Ozzy cameo was great. In a concert someone threw a bat up on stage at Ozzy he thought it was fake so he bit the head off. Well it wasn’t fake so that’s where that came from. Great movie gotta do Grandmas Boy and That’s My Boy. Great happy Madison movies

For whatever reason, the "Popeyes chicken is the shizznit" line has been forever burned into my memory. Also, this is definitely a childhood classic for me. I enjoy the homages to metal, also love the cameos of Quentin Tarantino and Ozzy Osbourne in this movie.

'childhood classic' ... when I was a kid I was spend the occassional weekend with my dad, we'd go to blockbusters and rent a couple VHS ... the memory of putting this tape in as my dad snored on the couch (gone midnight as a young kid) is burned into my memory :P been a while since I watched it through but I got the tape and rewatched it so many times after that night that I could nearly type up the script from memory if I tried :P

Just in case you didn't get it, something Ozzy used to do in his concerts to prove how metal he was was he would bite the heads off of bats and spit them into the audience. Of course, the bats he bit were made from foam rubber. He kept doing it until one concert where a fan threw a REAL bat up onto the stage and Ozzy didn't realize until it was too late. He stopped after that.

I'm going to say fundamental religious people who can't take a joke, and people who are offended at the joke character of "Nipples" (the guy in Valerie's complex), who I'm sure a lot of people have considered to be transphobic and/or insensitive. I'm going to say that whoever hates this movie are the same people that hate Dogma by View Askew/Kevin Smith (another one of my favorite movies)

Opening with Jon Lovitz in a tree, with his little peeper picnic, is so funny. Easily my favorite Jon Lovitz cameo. He's probably a nice guy but his creepy characters are hilarious. I also love dear sweet Henry Winkler showing up just to be tormented with bees 🤣🤣🤣

This was one HELL of a movie! Especially if you're into Sandler movies! There is a guy on ESPN who will say "technical FOUL!" In that referees voice (played by Dana Carrey) when he's doing highlights of a basketball game and a technical foul occurs.

Fun fact: Adam Sandler produces his own movies since early 90s - his production company is him and 4 other friends who grew up together. If you watch all Adam's movies - you can see ALL of them are in them together, even thou, some of them is just for a short amount of time. They are all co-owners/founders and earn the same amount of money. Adam said so himself in a interview (and we all know that Adam rarely do interviews) One of the friends is the guy that is the main actor in "Grandma's Boy"

The actress who played Nickys girlfriend in this movie Patricia Arquette just a year before made a great movie. You need to watch her in it. Stigmata 1999 One of my favorites with great music and aesthetically pleasing beautiful scenes. Then I see she was casted in Little Nicky 2000 both movies related in the supernatural way.

I think I saw an interview somewhere that said Tarantino wanted Adam Sandler to play the Bear Jew in Inglorious Bastards, so he would come on Little Nicky's set often to try and convince him to do it. But Adam ended up doing Funny People instead.

I love the continuinity from Happy Gilmore that Chubs is in heaven with Nicky's mom as her Dance instructor lol, then at the end Chris Farley was her aerobics teacher lol, which sadly he died a couple years before this released, so it was probably like a year tops he had been gone while filming this, a nice little nod to him.
