So nice to see little Theo playing with toys he looks so happy 😊 but there's something missing from his eyes,love. I hope that the monter who dumped Theo on the side of a cold,wet street will meet their fate! No excuce to abandon a animal like that. There's too many shelters that offer adoption options. I will keep Theo in my heart and prayers 🙏. God bless all involved in Theo's rescue and giving medical help.
