As a person from Longreach I never thought I was lucky with all this stuff but now I’m realising I am extremely lucky should be more appreciative and u should re visit because there is a light show and the museum now just want to say thank you for getting my town out there and a bit more well known ❤

Loved this! It makes me feel, I don’t know the right word..but like homesick? I think us Aussie’s forgot how special our own country is..I’m always dreaming of overseas trips but there’s so much magic here!

I know what you mean, I think! When I was there I felt like I was reconnecting with my own roots or something, that really genuine, special essence that makes our home so awesome. It was so pure and unselfish, it was just amazing to be around again. I agree - I always forget how lucky I am! Gotta work harder to remember and appreciate it. Thanks for watching love - Phoebe xx

Hi I love Australia what a country with such diversity. Thanks so much for letting me experience the outback with you. The people seem so laid back and full of life. I love ❤️ all the animals they’re all adorable. I’m a native New Yorker but, I can picture myself living there it’s a beautiful simple life I adore it. I’m catching up on all your videos and I must say it’s just Fantastic the filming you’ve done. You always look beautiful in all your videos! I’m really enjoying watching you and your boyfriend. You’re an awesome couple. I wish I could have an Australian beer 🍺 with you guys as I often buy them here in New York City and wow 😮 a wonderful cold beer on a hot Aussie day. OMG Phoebe, this was such an amazing tip. We're in Longreach now, only after Qantas messed up and got us there a day late. So we missed the Winton tour. But we did the Thomsom River Cruise and Smity's Outback dinner yesterday and mentioned your channel as our source of interest. Earlier today we were off to Stockmans Hall of Fame and Camden Park Station. There we met Outback Dan. He had already heard of us and your mention. He says Hi! And had us made a picture to say hi to you. It's sent to your emailbox. So...another great tip. Next for us its Qantas Museum tomorrow before flying back to Brisbane and after easter up to another of your tips: Maleny. Still 4 more weeks to go!

what a coincidence, my hubby and I are planning a trip to Longreach soon. I've been looking at the Saltbush Retreat and particularly the "Pioneer Slab Hut" but it's always booked out ! anyway, I'll show this video to hubby tonight xxx

Thank you sooo much, Ordinary Guy! This video is what we were building to all year. We treated 2018 as our time to learn about videography, what works and what doesn't, grow from each video and figure out what we did/didn't like and what was missing! We learned from this one too! These are exactly the types of video we want to be making when we travel this year, starting with Japan! Love the baby goat 7:48. I had a baby goat for a pet when I was growing up. Loved him dearly 🐐💕. When he got bigger they took him away. I was really sad 😢 to see him leave. Don't know where he went 🤔. My parents never really wanted to tell me 🤐. All they said to me was that he went off to boarding school. Think he went straight to Uni 👨‍🎓 afterwards because he never came back 😏.

Oh my goodness!! Best not to think about it too much haha that sounds like the kind of childhood trauma a therapist would love to get hold off hehe! Thankfully, this baby goat is a beloved family pet and won't be going off to 'boarding school.' I'm so happy you watched the video and hope you liked it - have a great start to the new week! Just watched your adventures in South Africa. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in my humble little country. My wife and I have been regularly travelling around South Africa, this place is amazing it has literally every type of climate and terrain, from deserts to mist forests. Having done all major Aussie cities, I would say you haven't seen Australia if you haven't experienced Queensland. Definitely reaching out to OutbackAussieTours on my next Queensland adventure. Great sunset captures by the way.I am sure that was Matt.:-p.

I agree!!! Queensland is so special and the people and sense of community in outback Queensland are such a huge part of what makes our state and country so amazing. OMG, you can do a wing walk on a 747? I've always wanted to do what Bruce Willis did in Die Hard 2, a fight scene on the wing of a 747. This Longreach thing has really caught my attention.

Hey Phoebe & Matt! First of all, great vlog. The bedroom where you stayed seems so nice!! Loved the plane and definitely your final thoughts! Matt. I especially listened to your sound editing. It is so... perfect. Like on 0:21. The music, the plane soundeffects, Phoebe talking,... it’s so seamless! Phoebe. This is gonna be weird but I have to compliment your eyebrows. They are so... perfect! I already noticed a time ago. Me and my wife even examined them on the Canadian vlog a while ago. The should get their own Instagram account, you know. “Phoeyebrows” or something.
