It confuses me why Alexa never loses her eyelashes or eyebrows throughout the show? You wouldn’t just lose the hair in your head, you’d lose all of your hair all over your body. Why does nobody ever talk about that?

When they shaved 🪒 their heads did they have their real hair then? Or was it a wig? And how could they shave their hair off and did it hurt and was it wigs? And why did they have bald caps?? Why didn’t they shave their real hair off then it would look so much better and real??
