@@navster100 smash will never get new characters or stages or anything after the last character came out. Smash is basically over in terms of new content. Little Z is making new youtube content from basically nothing as typically gaming KZfaq channels use the games new updates for easy content.

Smash without the hype isn't really growing anymore, and the Fanbase will slowly shrink from here on out as people fall out of love with the game, and now many players are either not growing or diversifying their content to keep up. As such, him innovating both in and out of the smash scene shows his understanding of the platform and his abilities as a creator.

@@Endershock1678although Smash is still going decently strong, at least i’d like to think so, especially as there’s many tournaments albeit, of they aren’t Nintendo officiated or so i’ve briefly researched. Whether Smash 6 is to ever come out whether Sakurai will be a part of it or not, that will be for a long time if Smash 6 were to ever release, and by then Smash could really fade out. But I think it’s good to see many many KZfaqrs creating content out of the game for the many years it’s been released, like The Underdogs, Party Crashers, competitive smash players that keep this game surprisingly still going. I honestly fear Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will eventually die one day (even if it won’t be for a very… very long time). But one thing I would definitely agree on for Mario Kart’s future, is that making Mario Kart 9 will be really difficult with the DLC waves of added tracks from tour and other console eras of Mario Kart, almost making it the definitive Mario Kart game, making a new game of MK9 be really difficult to top.

Fun fact about Mario that most fans probably know is that the original donkey Kong game was going to be Popeye the sailorman. However, Nintendo couldn’t get the license to use him, so they asked Shigeru Miyamoto if he could make up a character for them. I like to imagine that if they did get the license to Popeye, then Popeye would have been a gaming phenomenon like mario is right now.

For the purposes of the quiz, Sophie's Diddy drawing was genuinely brilliant. She focused on the silhouette instead of the details, and the silhouette is what matters in fast-paced games like Smash. Despite being a featureless blob, the drawing was easily recognisable as Diddy Kong performing his neutral B.

Fun fact: King Dedede has always been voiced by whoever is the current main director of the video game series he is in. Before Sakurai left HAL, he voiced King Dedede in Kirby 64 (although that was the only involvement he had in that game), and he continued to voice him in Smash Bros. However, in the Kirby series the role was taken over by current main director Shinya Kumazaki.

Miranda is a character in Fire Emblem! But only available in te Japan exclusive game Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 and only if you choose a certain route. You get her quite late in the game and her stats are kind of bad. This (along with the fact that I have yet to see anyone use Miranda in any playthrough of Thracia 776 I’ve found on KZfaq) makes me believe that she is one of the most forgotten units in fire emblem and is definitely not in the background for any smash stage. P.S. I paused the video to type this comment and realized that they looked up Miranda in the video already XD

I didn't know about the terry inputs but I also do not have him. I could do a buster wolf, I'm not great at 236236 but I can do it, power geysir input looks mad weird tho (for context, I play mostly fighterz, the weirdest input I have to do is a half circle for an at my level very niche dhc application, I can barely do a shoryu input from when I practiced that once as a kid)

My fun facts : Mario's Cape (side B) is the only move in all of smash that hits the opponent but has 0 knockback, no matter the damage% Sakurai personally said back around 2008 that Ridley would _NEVER_ be in smash Wolf canonically saved Fox's life more than once because he wants to be the one to beat Fox
