My questions is with the new discovery of minerals, is it possible to publicly bid capable Ugandan or foreign investors to invest and make factories or industries that can make employment for Ugandans. You commented that most of us don't actually know that we have these minerals. If we know, we get interest and invest. It can also be a government-private investment. I see our invest ham and others to be interested.
