The Kia Forte comes in seven different trim lines while the Kia Optima has two trims for 2020. Seven trims mean that there is a Forte for everyone, but that doesn't mean that the Optima doesn't have its buyers. Is the Kia Optima right for you? Is the Forte more your forte? All BMWs with built in navigation, Audi A6 and above, all Minis, Toyota Supra, Mercedes A class, 2020 Mercedes GLA, GLB, and GLE, and Fords with Sync 4 have Apple Wireless CarPlay. No cars have wireless Android Auto as of June 1, 2020.

Is the Forte equipped with rear or front parking sensors? How about 360 a birds eye camera? If so, which trim?

In Canada there are no trims with those features right now.

12:30 my pixel 2 has Bluetooth 5.0 and i've had it for almost 3 years now. Technology and cars need to be a a closer pace because they're behind. Wireless Android auto should have happened a couple years after android auto was invented. The cable ways comes out and disconnects with USB C going over bumps. Unless putting your phone on the shelf above helps with keeping it connected.

We may see wireless Android Auto as soon as the new K5. I haven't seen Canadian specs for that car, but I've heard that it may have that feature on some trim levels.

Kia forte gt line got everything of the stinger and optima and more

I'm a huge fan of the Forte GT. My personal preference is the Forte5 GT, but both are absolutely great to drive with good equipment levels and a very fair price for what you get.

Does kia optima and kia forte has the same windshield size?

No, they do not. The Optima is a bigger car.

So disappointing the Forte trunk has to be opened with the key. My hands are always full when shopping and the last thing I want to do is dig in my purse for the key. 😕

It seems to depend on trim. The 2020 Forte GT that I just did a video on last week has the button on the back of the vehicle.

Like most cars in this class, they don't come equipped with them from the factory anymore. You get an inflator kit instead. They do this for fuel efficiency reasons, and Kia is by no means, the only manufacturer to do this. Having said that, you can equip the car with one if you would like. Just let us know at the time of purchase.

The Optima has been replaced by the all new Kia K5 and it's awesome! The Forte update will come in time.

@@Reddylion Interesting... So, serious question, can you tell me why? I feel strongly the opposite, so I'd like to hear your thoughts. I'm willing to be wrong. :)

@@BrantfordKia I like the new engine 1.6 turbo etc.. right way to move forward unlike Toyota v6 etc crap but I have always like Hyundai but the newer sonata with all those digital displays, button shift by wire gears 8 speed etc and parking and above all for me safety package Working real good lane keep assist, lane departure warning, blind spot indication, front collision assist, rear parking assist and so much more definitely new sonata 2021 is good, now I will go and watch k5 videos again to see what is exiting in it other than exterior drl etc. again even sportage is in my mind too forgetting not this will be my last combustion before shifting to electric after this.

@@Reddylion Ok, that makes sense. The K5 has a lot of the features that the Sonata has, but not things like the push button gear shift etc. Thanks for sharing!
